An interesting court case scrolled across the newsfeed this morning. A New York appeals court has ruled against a golfer suing another golfer who struck him in the head blinding him in one eye. The golfer was hit by a shanked shot and the shankee did not yell FORE!!! The court ruled that golf has apparent dangers associated with it that mainly include the possibility of being struck by wayward golf balls. So feel free to go slice, hook, or ground your ball at Lakeside in the spring.
