Today UK was back at Rupp and UK fans left happy again as UK knocked off the 13th ranked Florida Gators 76-68 giving Coach Calipari his 500th win as a head coach. Today's game was one of the best UK has played all season. UK played Florida close at Gainesville earlier in the season losing on a last second shot but today was a different story. UK led for most of the 2nd half and finally closed out a close game. UK played a very good defensive game today and were able to get many crucial rebounds down the stretch. Today however was Darius Miller's day. Miller scored a career high 24 points and was the main scoring factor for the Cats today. Miller played the best overall game of his life and showed how good he can be. Knight also continued his trend of growing into the role of a PG having 0 turnovers along with 16 points and 6 assists. Josh Harrelson also played a big game today getting 6 points and grabbing 12 big rebounds, 6 of which were on the offensive end. Kenny Boynton led all Florida players scoring 21 points. Overall UK couldn't have palyed any better today and will hopefully do the same Tuesday night against Vandy. Until next time, Go Cats!
