Tidesports.com did an interview with Trevor Lacey after his recent visit to Alabama and Lacey confirms his Top 5 teams are Alabama, Auburn, Kansas, Connecticut, and Kentucky.
“Alabama played hard and finished the game out. Defense. They play hard on defense, and defense wins games,” Lacey said.
With most of the talk regarding Alabama and Kentucky, Lacey talked a little about Connecticut and why they made his top five.
“UCONN came onto me this summer,” Lacey said. “(Former Connecticut guard) Kevin Ollie was my NBA coach at camp, and he told me how UCONN is a school where a lot of guards get drafted, and they get a lot of guards who can play.”
