2011 SEC Tournament Bracket
All season long you could almost feel this team was too good to not figure it out at some point. And while this game wasn't pretty the Cats were able to scratch, dive, and fight out a victory in a game on the road that may be the most important game they have played all year. The victory gives Kentucky a first round bye for a team lean on depth that will now only have to play 3 games instead of 4 in order to win the SEC tournament.
Kentucky will get the winner of the South Carolina - Mississippi game Friday at 3:30. I'll see you at a happy hour somewhere.
If Kentucky wins that game they will face the Georgia/Auburn vs Alabama winner at 1:00 Saturday. Win that and you're looking at possibly Florida, Vanderbilt, or Tennessee at 1:00 Sunday

wow that is about as good a bracket as any kentucky fan could ask for
ReplyDeleteflorida gets a much tougher bracket than alabama or kentucky. they might have to play tennessee and vanderbilt before even getting to the finals
ReplyDelete...and suddenly a second seed doesn't look that awful.
