Kentucky Has Toughest Road to Final Four
Bleacher Report took a look at the 2011 NCAA Bracket and concluded that Kentucky has the toughest road to the final four. From the article:

Kentucky landed the No. 4 seed, a great feat heading into the NCAA Tournament, but they would have preferred a much different seed in hindsight.
Kentucky drew the toughest road to the Final Four—having to potentially face Ohio State, West Virginia, North Carolina and Syracuse along the way.
Even the second round matchup against the Princeton Tigers isn’t the greatest matchup.
