Reports came out yesterday that Raymond Sanders injured his knee in practice which had already been operated on this summer and the Courier Journal reports this morning that Sander's father said we will not be able to play against Louisville this Saturday.
While Sanders play hasn't been stellar so far this season, the junior did seem to start stepping it up towards the later parts of the Michigan game after the freshman Clemons started finding a lot of success. From this I think were going to start seeing more from Sanders hopefully, although that will have to wait for now.
With Sanders out, Clemons will be the #1 running back against Louisville. We wish Sander's a speedy recovery.
Update: Sanders had minor surgery today and for right now is listed as being out for 2-3 weeks.
