Louisville upsets #1 Michigan State and other 2012 NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen Results
Pitino and Louisville's orange jerseys (which I still do not get) managed to upset Michigan State and thus caused the Spartans to be the first #1 seed to exit the tournament. Thanks to Florida's win over Marquette, UK is going to be faced with either beating Louisville a second time or beating Florida a fourth time in the final four (assuming UK advances to the final four). Wisconsin came very, very close to causing there to be two #1 seeds dropped but in the end came up 1 pt short against Syracuse. Full Sweet 16 Scores below, with upsets in bold:
