Today at 4pm UK faces Georgia in a must win game if the Cats want a chance at winning the SEC east. In case you don't remember ( I don't remember either as I was snowboarding Vail while wearing UK gear at the time and was forced to get game info via text message from friends), Georgia beat UK a couple weeks ago. The Key to the game is stopping 6'10 forward Trey Thompkins and 6'4 guard Travis Leslie, both of whom are averaging over 17 points a game in SEC play. My guess is that Liggins will be charged with covering Leslie, which means that Leslie will be effectively taken out of the game, and Terrence Jones will guard Thompkins with help from Harrellson. Much attention has been given to a picture of Thompkins dunking the ball placed in Jones' locker, presumably a message from coach Cal to step up and play like a man! UK is an 11 point favorite in the match.
