Bracketology Friday

Last Four in:  Cleveland St.,  Florida St., Washington St., Kansas St.
Last Four out:  Wichita St., Miami (Fl), Colorado St., Marquette
Next Four out:  Colorado, UTEP, Portland, Northwestern

Bracketology after Thursdays games assuming the season ended today.  Teams in blue are conference automatic qualifiers based on league record with RPI used as the tie breaker.  Check us out on the Bracket Project Blog and the 2011 Bracket Matrix.  The bracket sets up with what should be an easy warm up win against Iona.  The next game is a "what if" of the Maui Invitational as we finally get our match against Michigan St.  I don't know if we can advance to the second week but if we do we might face another championship winning coach at San Diego St. or we might get the man who many believe will be our next head coach in Travis Ford.  Looking at the other half of the bracket and you have Rick Pitino, Tubby Smith, and a 1996 championship rematch facing you which seems rough but might be the easiest 1 seed to face.  Bring it on!
