Joker Phillips Gives a Talk to the College of Agriculture

Today is Staff Appreciation Day in the College of Agriculture at the University of Kentucky.  The keynote speaker was Joker Phillips who showed up after his weekly media conference call.  Despite the weather the weather and the delay for the call a good number of staff stuck around to hear what Joker had to say.
